Zusammenfassung
Die Formierung einer europäischen Bankenunion ist gut und richtig. Denn längst enden viele Geld geschäfte nicht mehr an der Landesgrenze. Doch die Detailvorschriften zur Bankenunion, über die teilweise noch verhandelt wird, sind alles andere als gut und richtig. Sie orientieren sich zu stark an den börsennotierten Banken , die in Deutschland eher die Ausnahme denn die Regel sind. Nur um diese Großbanken kümmern sich die neu berufenen Aufseher bei der Europäischen Zentralbank.
