Abstract
Zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen sind den Einflüssen zahlreicher Anspruchsgruppen (Stakeholder) ausgesetzt. Für die Organisationen sind daher die Analyse ihrer jeweiligen Stakeholder und deren Interessen sowie die Gestaltung der Beziehungen zu den verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen von besonderer Bedeutung. Der vorliegende Beitrag skizziert aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht den aktuellen Stand der Forschung zu Anspruchsgruppen sowie die Umrisse eines systematischen Stakeholder-Managements. Als Herausforderungen für die zukünftige Forschung werden identifiziert: die generelle Stärkung der empirischen Forschung zum Stakeholder-Management im Dritten Sektor, die Erhöhung der Methodenvielfalt in der empirischen Forschung, die Ausdehnung der Analysen auf komplexere, netzwerkartige Strukturen sowie auf weitere Einflussgrößen auf die Ausgestaltung des Stakeholder-Managements, etwa die Organisationskultur, die Intensivierung der Wirkungsforschung zu den Effekten des Stakeholder-Managements sowie die Betrachtung von Prozessen des Wandels, etwa des Auftretens neuer Anspruchsgruppen, der Gewinnung bzw. des Verlusts von Legitimität, der Bildung oder Beendigung von Allianzen zwischen Stakeholdern oder der Entstehung von Vertrauen zwischen Organisationen und ihren Stakeholdern.
