Zusammenfassung
Web 2.0, Enterprise 2.0, Knowledge Management, Social Collaboration, Digital Workplace, User Generated Content – die Liste der Buzzwords ließe sich mühelos fortsetzen. Allen gemein ist, sie haben etwas mit den Veränderungen, dem Kulturwandel zu tun, den viele Unternehmen heute erfahren und im besten Fall selber gestalten. Ein breiter Konsens herrscht darüber, dass Social Media neue Möglichkeiten für den Umgang mit Wissen, für Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit eröffnet. Vielstimmig wird es dagegen, wenn es darum geht, konkret zu werden. Welche Chancen bieten sich? Was sind die größten Herausforderungen? Welche Vorgehensweisen empfehlen sich? Im Folgenden geht es nicht darum, diesem Kanon eine weitere Stimme hinzuzufügen, sondern darum, besonders für mittelständische Unternehmen wichtige Erkenntnisse, Erfahrungen und Trends zusammenzufassen.
