Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit dem Zusammenhang von Arbeitsgestaltung und Kreativität. Es werden drei grundlegende Theorien zur Arbeitsgestaltung erläutert. Darüber hinaus stellen wir dar, inwiefern die Arbeitsmerkmale Autonomie/Handlungsspielraum, Arbeitskomplexität, Stressoren und soziale Merkmalen im Zusammenhang mit Kreativität stehen. Ferner werden fünf Prozesse beleuchtet, über die Arbeitsgestaltung sich auf Kreativität auswirkt. Ergebnisse in Bezug auf intrinsische Motivation als vermittelnde Variable werden ebenso dargestellt wie empirische Befunde zu Kreativitätsanforderungen, positiven Emotionen, kreativer Selbstwirksamkeit und Wissen.
