Zusammenfassung
Das Kapitel argumentiert dahingehend, dass Innovationsprozesse etwas mit der Weiterentwicklung und mit der Erneuerung von Wissen zu tun hat und dabei immer auch das Wissen der beteiligten Akteure in Frage gestellt wird. Von daher klingt es fast banal: Innovation braucht die Kontroverse. Das diese Kontroversen methodisch unterstützt und konstruktiv geführt werden sollten, legt der Titel des Buches nahe.
