Zusammenfassung
Als es darum ging 2010 das Konzept für die Einführung eines Innovationsmanagements zu entwickeln, gab es am Anfang bei mir ehrlicherweise nur ein vages Verständnis, wie ein erfolgreiches Innovationsmanagement in unserem Unternehmen aufgestellt sein muss und wie Innovationsprozesse in Zukunft eigentlich ablaufen sollen. Ich komme aus einer Dienstleistungsbranche, in der man oft die Frage gestellt bekommt: „Gastronomie, Catering und Innovationen – passt das überhaupt zusammen? Und wenn ja, wie funktioniert das Ganze eigentlich?“ Welche Faktoren spielen eine wichtige Rolle in Bezug auf die Arbeit als Innovationspromotor und wie können Innovationen richtig gemanagt werden?
