Zusammenfassung

Schlafwahrnehmung bezeichnet das subjektive Erleben während des Schlafes, wie es nach dem Erwachen protokolliert werden kann. Dabei können quantitative Angaben zur erlebten Schlafdauer, zum Einschlafen, Durchschlafen oder Aufwachen gemacht werden sowie qualitative Angaben zur Schlafgüte, zu Träumen und anderen mentalen Erlebnissen im Schlaf. Weiterhin gehören das Erholungsgefühl, die Stimmung sowie die aktuelle Befindlichkeit zur Schlafwahrnehmung.
