Zusammenfassung
Der Begriff „Zerebralparesen“ (CP) beschreibt eine Gruppe von Erkrankungen mit einer dauerhaften Beeinträchtigung der motorischen Fähigkeiten, die zu einer Einschränkung der Aktivität und Partizipation im Alltag führen. Ursache ist eine einzeitige, nichtprogrediente Schädigung des sich entwickelnden fetalen bzw. kindlichen Gehirns. Neben einer Beeinträchtigung der Motorik können typische Komorbiditäten bestehen: für Sensibilität, Wahrnehmung, Kognition, Kommunikation, Verhalten, Epilepsie, Visus, Gastrointestinaltrakt, Orthopädie, Schmerzen.
