Abstract
Nowadays Web 2.0 provides users a unique framework not only to find information but also to express their opinions and collaborate and interact in real time. Web 2.0 includes applications such as blogs, wikis, RSS, pod-casting, mashups, and social networks. These applications aggregate the collective intelligence of millions of users and therefore new tools to develop decision making processes adapted to the new virtual environments need to be developed. In this contribution we analyse how Web 2.0 tools are used to improve cooperation and social decision making in the enterprise context and what are the challenges that need to be accomplished to take fully advantage of them.
