Zusammenfassung
Was hat PR, also Public Relations, mit Kundenzufriedenheit zu tun? Viel! Denn über Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, so der deutsche Begriff für PR, wird die Art und Qualität von Kundenbeziehungen beeinflusst. PR bedeutet Aufbau und Pflege der Beziehungen eines Unternehmens zur Öffentlichkeit. Und neben den Mitarbeitern gehören schließlich die Kunden zur wichtigsten „Öffentlichkeit“, um die man sich kümmern sollte.
