Zusammenfassung
Vorsorgeuntersuchungen sind essenzieller Bestandteil der Schwangerenbetreuung und Geburtsplanung. Allerdings sind nicht alle Aspekte dieser Vorsorge evidenzbasiert. Vielmehr werden mehrere routinemäßig durchgeführte Untersuchungen sehr kontrovers diskutiert. Im Folgenden wird auf wesentliche Aspekte der Vorsorge näher eingegangen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf die Diagnostik gelegt wurde.
