Abstract
In diesem Beitrag widme ich mich normativen Fragen bezüglich der körperlichen Integrität und Selbstbestimmung von Jugendlichen aus einer ethischen Perspektive. Ich werde zu Beginn darstellen, worin der Wert der Autonomie besteht und weshalb wir sie respektieren sollten. Dann werde ich mich der Autonomie von Jugendlichen zuwenden, die als sich erst noch entwickelnd und daher prekär beschrieben werden kann. Die Einschränkung der Autonomie von Jugendlichen ist dabei prinzipiell rechtfertigungsbedürftig, jedoch zum Schutz ihres Wohlergehens und Wohlentwickelns ethisch erlaubt. Schließlich diskutiere ich vor diesem Hintergrund den Fall des sog. Sexting und die Frage, ob dieses staatlich verboten werden sollte. Ich argumentiere hier, dass mehr Gründe gegen eine solche weitreichende Einschränkung der körperlichen Selbstbestimmung von Jugendlichen sprechen als dafür.
