Zusammenfassung
Jede Strafe ist eine gewollte Zufügung von Übel, aber nicht jede gewollte Zufügung von Übel ist eine Strafe. Die Einigkeit betreffend diese erste Feststellung lost sich in eine Vielfalt von sich zum Teil widersprechenden Positionen auf, sobald es darum geht, jene Elemente anzugeben, die eine Zufügung von Übel besitzen muss, um als Strafe angesehen werden zu können.
