Communications in Mathematical Physics - Communications in Mathematical Physics congratulates, Jian Ding, for being awarded the 2023 Loève Prize!

We are delighted to announce that our Editor, Jian Ding,New Content Item Professor at School of Mathematical Sciences of Peking University, has been awarded the 2023 Liné and Michel Loève International Prize in Probability (Loève Prize). The prize, awarded every two years, is intended to recognize outstanding contributions by researchers in probability who are under 45 years old.

The prize recognizes his exceptional scientific contributions in the field of probability theory, particularly its connections with statistical physics, theory of computer science, and statistical inference. His work delves into various areas, such as random walks, Gaussian processes, random constraint satisfaction problems, random planar geometry, spin models, random Schrodinger operators, and network recovery problems.

Communications in Mathematical Physics congratulates Jian for this achievement!
