Abstract
The various treatment techniques of prostrate cancer remain morbid despite many advancements in recent years. Frequent side effects occur, including urogenital tract impairment with risks of hypofertility, erectile dysfunction and hypogonadism that affect sexuality, body image and male identity. Patients could develop anxiety or depressive mood, especially as symptoms last for a long period after the initial treatment. Patients with prostate cancer tend to have a long life expectancy due to early diagnosis. Assessment of care impact about quality of life is very important, and it is necessary to provide sufficient information to the patients about its adverse effects and the various options available.
