Abstract
The Hallux Valgus is a pathology with multiple clinical symptoms, which should not be cured with a univocal surgical treatment: thus for each of these individual pathologies, we can propose an appropriate treatment. The surgical “mini-invasive” procedure can also find its place in this therapeutic arsenal and its indications should be clearly codified.
