Abstract
The complex linear Goldstino superfield was proposed in arXiv:1102.3042 for the cases of global and local four-dimensional \( \mathcal{N}=1 \) supersymmetry. Here we make use of this superfield to construct a supergravity action which is invariant under spontaneously broken local \( \mathcal{N}=1 \) supersymmetry and has a positive cosmological constant for certain values of the parameters.
