Abstract
A case in which there was thallium-201 (201Tl) uptake in Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) of the left femoral diaphysis is presented. The authors propose that201Tl scintigraphy is potentially useful in the diagnosis and follow-up of patients with LCH.
