Zusammenfassung

Der gehemmte Wuchs bei derinhibita-ähnlichen Mutante “Halbzwerg” (Hz) ist, wie Pfropfungen zeigten, auf die Hemmung der Wirkung eines Wuchsstoffes zurückzuführen, während bei der Mutantedensa die Synthese eines Wuchsstoffes blockiert zu sein scheint.

GS kann bei derinhibita-ähnlichen Mutante (Hz) den Zwergwuchs aufheben. Der sich entwickelnde Sproß zeigt aber die typischen Merkmale einer GS-Behandlung. Bei der Mutantedensa läßt sich durch GS der gehemmte Wuchs nicht in dem Maße aufheben. Sie behält charakteristische Merkmale bei.

GS fördert bei allen behandelten Pflanzen das Sproßwachstum unter den bekannten Erscheinungen, wirkt aber schwach hemmend auf das Blattwachstum.

Die Blütenbildung wird bei normalen Pflanzen und derinhibita-ähnlichen (Hz) Mutante wesentlich durch GS gefördert.
