Abstract
Recurrent and unusually severe hypercalcemia was observed in an infant undergoing continuous cyling peritoneal dialysis and receiving oral calcitriol and calcium carbonate. Rapid correction was achieved with peritoneal dialysis using a calcium-free dialysis solution.
