Summary
-
1.
The distribution of N-[14C] methyl-N-nitrosourea in the rat was investigated by the method of total body radioautography.
-
2.
Two minutes following the intravenous application of N-[14C] methyl-N-nitrosourea (100 mg/kg) a rather uniform distribution of radioactivity was observed in most organs of the rat including the central nervous system and the mucous membranes of the gastro-intestinal tract.
-
3.
At that time quantitative determinations indicated that the concentration of radioactivity in most parenchymatous organs as compared to the concentration in the blood, deviated not more than by a factor of 2.
Zusammenfassung
-
1.
