Zusammenfassung
Die pyloruserhaltende Pankreatoduodenektomie ist die Resektionsmethode der Wahl bei Patienten mit einem Karzinom des Pankreaskopfes und der periampullären Region and bei einigen Patienten mit chronischer Pankreatitis. Preoperative Vorbereitung, Operationstechnik and Ergebmsse werden besprochen.
Summary
Pylorus-preserving pancreatoduodenectomy is the resection of choice for patients with carcinoma of the head of the pancreas and periampullary area and for certain patients with chronic pancreatitis. Preoperative preparation, operative technique, and results are discussed.
