Summary
Myo-inositol hexa- and penta-phosphates present in soya bean meal were completely converted by the acid phosphatase of Aspergillus niger (30 U/g) after 8 hours at 40°C and pH 4.5. Inositol phosphates released were separated by ion-exchange chromatography, and assayed by a simple method.
