Abstract
The aim of the present paper is to investigate the influence both of intitial stress and magnetic field on the propagation of Rayleigh waves in thermo-microelastic half-space subjected to certain boundary conditions. The wave velocity equation has been obtained. If the initial stress and the electromagnetic field are ignored, the frequency equation as obtained by Locket (1958).
