Zusammenfassung
In der medizinischen Bildgebung ist die Qualitätssicherung, wie u.a. die Dosimetrie in der Strahlentherapie, unerlässlich. Um diese zu gewährleisten, können sog. Phantome eingesetzt werden. Phantome bezeichnen physische Modelle, die biologisches Gewebe und dessen Eigenschaften, wie bspw. Röntgenabsorptionseigenschaften oder Magnetresonanz-Relaxationszeiten, in der medizinischen Bildgebung nachahmen. So kann u. a. sichergestellt werden, dass die Bildauflösung oder die Treffsicherheit bei einer Intervention innerhalb der definierten Toleranzen bleibt. Additive Fertigungsverfahren bieten die Möglichkeit, Phantome mit einer hohen geometrischen Freiheit kostengünstig, modular und patientenspezifisch herzustellen. Dabei stellen oftmals dreidimensionale Patientendatensätze aus der medizinischen Bildgebung die Grundlage für die weitere konstruktive Ausarbeitung dar und führen zu einem speziellen Vorgehen bei der Erstellung von medizinischen Phantomen. Anhand von mehreren in vorherigen Arbeiten entwickelten Anwendungsbeispielen, die Prostata-Phantome in der Fusionsbiopsie und Strahlentherapie sowie Maus-Phantome in der Kleintier-Bestrahlung umfassen, werden additive Fertigungsmöglichkeiten von Phantomen aufgezeigt. Dabei wird insbesondere auf den Unterschied zwischen der direkten und indirekten additiven Fertigung eingegangen.
