Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel entwickeln wir eine Definition und ein Arbeitsmodell einer gesunden Laufbahnentwicklung. In Anlehnung an die Konzepte der nachhaltigen Laufbahn und des gesunden Alterns bei der Arbeit definieren wir eine gesunde Laufbahn als einen positiven Entwicklungsverlauf von gesundheitsbezogenen Indikatoren über längere Zeiträume, welcher mit berufsbedingten Merkmalen (Stressoren-Ressourcen-Konstellationen) in Zusammenhang steht. In unserem Arbeitsmodell der gesunden Laufbahnentwicklung postulieren wir, dass der Entwicklungsverlauf von Gesundheitsindikatoren von den Stressoren-Ressourcen-Konstellationen bei der Arbeit und im Privatleben sowie von persönlichen Ressourcen in den jeweiligen beruflichen Phasen sowie von den Erfahrungen in den vorhergehenden beruflichen Phasen beeinflusst wird. Ausgehend von den Bestandteilen unseres Arbeitsmodells diskutieren wir verschiedene Ansatzpunkte für die gesunde Laufbahnentwicklung (Arbeitsbedingungen, persönliche Ressourcen, Privatleben) und leiten Implikationen für die weitere Forschung ab.
