Zusammenfassung
Die Organisation des Sozialen entwickelt sich mit hohem Tempo und in komplexen Prozessen. Über die längst vorangeschrittene Rationalisierung und Verrechtlichung der Lebenswelten hinaus unterliegen sozialpädagogische Handlungsfelder regelmäßigen Veränderungen ihrer sozialpolitischen, ökonomischen und zivilgesellschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen. Organisationen der sozialen Dienste befinden sich im Spannungsfeld hybrider Steuerungslogiken zwischen ökonomischer Rationalität und einer zivilgesellschaftlichen Rationalität der Solidarität.
