Zusammenfassung
Anja Saretzki beschreibt eine neue Art, Räume zu entdecken bzw. durch die raumbezogene Interpretation von „Daten“ diese erst zu schaffen. Diese Daten beruhen ungleich wie beim Geocaching auf einer alten Ressource: dem Roman. Das sich aus dessen Interpretation ergebende Narrativ scheint einerseits vorgegeben, andererseits eröffnet es aber vielfältige Imaginationsräume, die die Autorin mit Bezug auf die touristischen Themenführungen zeigt: Der geographische Raum der Stadt ergibt zeichentheoretisch betrachtet mehrere, unterscheidbare Städte oder besser: Texte. Die Autorin stellt jedoch heraus, dass diese neuen Räume weniger mit neuen, etwa literarischen, Beschreibungen entstehen, sondern vielmehr wird ein Text erst durch wiederkehrende, performative Aufführungen produziert.
