Zusammenfassung
Die Digitalisierung verändert die Art und Weise, wie sich Stakeholder über Unternehmen austauschen und wie Unternehmen mit ihren Stakeholdern kommunizieren. Die Unternehmenskommunikation ist somit direkt von den aktuellen technischen Veränderungen betroffen. In diesem Beitrag wird diese Entwicklung diskutiert und zunächst ein Verständnis darüber vermittelt, wie Big Data und ihre Verarbeitung die Unternehmenskommunikation beeinflussen. Große Datenmengen stellen gleichzeitig eine Grundlage für die Anwendung neuer Technologien dar, wie etwa künstlicher Intelligenz. Die Unternehmenskommunikation steht der Aufgabe gegenüber, den aktiven Einsatz dieser Technologien zu prüfen, aber auch im Blick zu behalten, inwiefern sich Spielregeln, Akteure und Kommunikation durch die Digitalisierung verändern. Im Beitrag wird an Beispielen wie Voice Assistants, Social Bots oder Virtuellen Agenten die Notwendigkeit die Notwendigkeit zur Entwicklung von Antwortstrategien verdeutlicht.
