An Efficient Unstructured Euler Solver for Transient Shocked Flows

  • Conference paper
Shock Waves @ Marseille I

Abstract

Paper presents a highly accurate, efficient and flexible approach, combining the advantages of high resolution shock-capturing schemes and adaptive unstructured grids, for the numerical simulation of essentially unsteady 2D shocked gas flows with complex wave patterns. Numerical examples illustrate the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of the method.
