Zusammenfassung
Zwölf Jahre nach der Erstbeschreibung der chronischen interstitiellen Nephritis [1] bei Abusern phenacetinhaltiger Analgetica (im folgenden,Phenacetinabuser‘) durch Spühler u. Zollinger (1953), haben Hultgren et al. (1965) über Nierenbeckentumoren bei solchen Patienten berichtet [2]. Bereits 3 Jahre später konnten Bengtsson et al. (1968) in einer prospektiven Studie den Zusammenhang zwischen Phenacetinabusus und Nierenbeckentumoren beweisen [3].
