Zusammenfassung

Allenthalben herrscht Einigkeit darüber, dass ein gutes subjektives Wohlbefinden ein wünschenswerter Zustand ist. So wird Wohlbefinden etwa als Kriterium erfolgreichen Alterns (z. B. Ryff, 1989) oder als zentrales Kriterium in der Arbeitspsychologie (z. B. Neuberger & Allerbeck, 1978) untersucht. Weniger Einigkeit herrscht hingegen über die Bedeutung des subjektiven Wohlbefindens.
