Zusammenfassung
Das folgende Kapitel gibt einen kurzen Überblick über einschlägige anthropologische Theorien zum Mensch-Landschafts-Verhältnis, die den umweltpsychologischen, geographischen und gesundheitswissenschaftlichen Diskurs in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten nachhaltig beeinflussten. Zunächst wird die Entwicklung des Mensch-Landschafts-Verhältnisses betrachtet, anschließend werden die wichtigsten evolutionsbasierten Theorien vorgestellt und kritisch vor dem Hintergrund der gesundheitlichen Wirkungen von Landschaften reflektiert.
