Zusammenfassung
Die Mitarbeiterinnen in kleinen sozialen Einrichtungen verstehen sich gern als „Team“. Dabei schwankt das Selbstverständnis zwischen einem Team als einem Gespann, das gemeinsam den Karren aus dem Dreck ziehen soll (was der etymologischen Bedeutung des Wortes nahekommt, s. Münch 1996, S. 8) und einem Team als einer speziell zusammengestellten Gruppe, die durch gute Zusammenarbeit von Fachkräften mit unterschiedlichen sich ergänzenden Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten Spitzenleistungen oder wenigstens kreative Lö sungen hervorbringt (Bennis, Biederman 1998).
