Abstract

Selection of appropriate project become a real challenge for multi-criteria group decisions if the group of decision-makers indicate their precedencies depending on the character of alternatives and various attributes in relation to their information of them. The goal of the project selection process is to analyze the vitality of a project and to approve or reject project suggestions on base of determined criteria. This decision is very complex because they need the determination, consideration and analysis of different tangible and intangible attributes. This article represents a multi-criteria group technique to decision-making for the problem of choosing a project in a fuzzy environment of the second type. A step-by-step procedure is used to rank and evaluate alternatives in the offered technique, and the best decision is selected taking into account both beneficial and unfavorable criteria. We use four sets of criteria weights to analyze the robustness of the used technique.
