Abstract
This paper presents a real world application of the UTA disaggregation method used to implement a formal multicriteria evaluation procedure in R & D projects management. The study includes the definition of the criteria, the choice of an aggregation procedure and the methodology used in order to assess the weights of the criteria. The formal multicriteria evaluation procedure is in use in the company since the study was performed.
