Public Choice is a leading scholarly journal applying economics to nonmarket social phenomena, such as politics, religion, law, conflict, and the family.
The Bioeconomics Collection of Public Choice publishes scholarly research that applies economics to
biological phenomena, such as the behavior and organization of nonhuman organisms and the evolution
of nonhuman and human organisms alike. It welcomes submissions from both natural and social
scientists. The Bioeconomics Collection thus complements and extends the aims and scope of Public
Choice by using economic analysis to understand phenomena in an additional nonmarket realm: nature.
