Distributed Computing is a peer-reviewed journal that serves as a forum for significant contributions to the theory and practical aspects of distributed systems.
This special issue of Distributed Computing is based on papers that originally appeared as extended abstracts in the Proceedings of the 40th Symposium on Principles of distributed computing (PODC 2021), held as a virtual conference, and in the Proceedings of the 35th International Symposium on Distributed Computing (DISC 2021), held as a hybrid event, both virtually and in Freiburg, Germany.
