    .Dr. Mohammad Jawaid is currently working as Senior Fellow (Professor) at Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia, and also has been Visiting Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia since June 2013. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and industries. He has published 40 books, 65 book chapters, and more than 350 peer-reviewed international journal papers. He also obtained 2 Patents and 6 Copyrights. H-index and citation in Scopus is 55 and 13782 and in Google scholar, H-index and citation is 64 and 19442.

    .Prof Mohini Sain’s research excellence in the global auto sector has awarded him an Endowed Ford Motor Canada Chair in Sustainable Materials. Renowned for his pioneering work on the Biocar Initiative in 2009, his work has been featured prominently in popular media. Prof. Sain’s most recent awards include the North American Entrepreneurship Award, the Plastic Innovation Award and the KALEV PUGI Award for innovation and contribution to industry. He is author of more than 750 peer-reviewed papers with more than 450 peer reviewed journal articles.

  • Rob Elias

    .Dr. Rob Elias, Director of BioComposites Centre, has a track record of collaborative research projects with companies and over 13years experience in technology transfer and a strong network in the Welsh, UK and EU biobased sectors. His key research includes biobased polymers and natural anti-bacterials. Interested in looking at co-products from biorefinery, new bioplastic products and new range of biobased additives for incorporation into range of materials. He is interested in developing new smart packaging products used to increase shelf life. Looking at the development of products using range of fibres from agri crop or wood.
