The Special Issue "Lignocellulose at multiscale: preparation characterization and application" aims to cover recent progress and trends in the preparation, characterization, and applications of cellulose from different sources. The full research articles and reviews are welcome in this Special Issue.
The Special Issue will be devoted to highlight the advantage of using lignocellulosic biomass for production of fibres, of cellulose derivatives or of nanocellulose material with focus on their processing, properties, and applications. This special issue aims to collect relevant information and new results about production and characterisation of lignocellulosic-based materials. We believe that this topic will be benefits to the lecturers, students, researchers, and industrialist who are working in the field of natural fibre especially in order to satisfy the increasing demand in pulps while preserving the forest resource. Further, we think that the findings of this special issue match the aims and scope of your journal. We are confident that this topic will be of great interest for the readership of Chemistry Africa.
