§ 19 TTDSG ist Teil der telemedienrechtlichen Vorschriften des TTDSG (Teil 3). Datenschutzrechtliche Regelungen für Telemedien waren bislang im Telemediengesetz (TMG) verankert.¹ Ein Ziel des TTDSG ist die Anpassung der Datenschutzbestimmungen des TMG a. F. an die DS-GVO.²
