Abstract
In this paper, we deal with a scientometric analysis on a dataset that contains an indexed collection of citations counts and other metrics for the 1000 most cited scientific articles from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, published between 2007 and 2022. Univariate and multivariate analyses are conducted to assess the international visibility of scientific publications, by capturing trends over the spanned period and structural or distributional characteristics in the data at hand. For the sake of clarity and ease of interpretation, the results were mostly summarized in a graphical form.
