Abstract
It is the ultimate goal of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and build China into a great modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious, and beautiful. The strategic arrangement clearly outlines the characteristics and goals of China’s economic growth in different phases, charting the course for future development of China. Besides, it enriches the Overall Plan for Development in Five Areas and offers a better guide to the future, which demonstrates the inexhaustible source of the CPC’s leadership in ensuring the realization of the two centenary goals.
