Abstract
In the manufacturing area, mirror-like surface finish is the main output response. This can be performed by grinding operation. For any machining process, selection of optimum process parameters is crucial. Using grinding machining, various researchers use various aluminium composite materials as a workpiece. The input parameters are wheel parameter such as abrasives, grade, grain size, etc., and the processing parameters are work speed, depth of cut, number of passes and feed rate . The above-mentioned parameters are playing a very important role in achieving the output response of surface finish and material removal rate. Composite materials are used to replace the conventional material in applications such as automobile, ship building and aerospace.
