Abstract

This paper proposes a solution to the baggage recognition and collection process at the airports. Security of the passenger’s luggage becomes a major question at airports during deplane and standing near the belts to collect the luggage. As nobody likes to stand and check each bag which is similar or identical to theirs, this paper worked on finding a solution to this problem. In this paper, the exact real-life scenarios is found and comparison between the conventional and the proposed methods, advantages of the new method and a proper implementation of the same is carried out with a promising performance.
