Abstract
The recent pandemic, COVID-19, has brought a very drastic change in society. The normal life of every human being all over the world was forced to adopt a new normal pattern. This new normal was observed in every aspect be it education, transportation, banking, marketing and so on. Among all these, the educational system has affected a range of different age groups starting from students to the teachers at schools, colleges and universities. But still all different age group people have adopted the new normal in a much optimized manner. The phenomenon has been observed in this research work. There are many existing technological platforms that help in connecting people globally. Since education is a primary aspect to uplift civilization, it must not stop. Although students and teachers were globally distributed in different places, education continued locally on time with the help of all these modern communication platforms like email, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom and many more. Some of the platforms were known to both students and teachers but some were not aware. Thus, it had to be chosen and learnt quickly so that all classes could be conducted within a speculated time and semesters would complete successfully. Here, the “Stochastic Hill Climbing” optimization technique is implemented to test the success rate of the continued flow of education within time. It is observed that all students could start online classes within a stipulated time along with their corresponding subject teachers. The online classes were conducted on different platforms for taking theory classes, lab classes, providing assignments and taking examinations. Although different platforms might have been used for conducting different activities, it was solved in an optimal manner. The results and graphs give justification for the work.
