Abstract
Manufacturing industry, as the mainstay of China’s social and economic development, plays an important role in improving China’s comprehensive strength. However, with the development of economic globalization, the disappearance of demographic dividend, and the prominent problem of resource constraints, the manufacturing industry urgently needs to transform to cope with the development dilemma. ‘Made in China 2025’ plan has taken service-oriented manufacturing as one of the future development directions of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, with the development of a new generation of information and communication technology, intelligent manufacturing has become the commanding heights of manufacturing development, and to seize this commanding heights, quality management and service innovation are important driving forces. Therefore, this paper believes that manufacturing enterprises can use quality management to promote service innovation, thus promoting industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, creating new competitive advantages, and achieving the goal of manufacturing power.
