Abstract
Pig iron smelting and casting technology was first invented in China, and then a series of relevant major inventions and creations emerged, such as iron mold, softening cast iron technique, co-fusion process of steel-making and giant iron castings. The advanced steel smelting technology of China with its own characteristics has created a splendid history of over 2000 years.
