Abstract
This topic analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the just-in-time procurement. From four aspects of enterprise organization reconstruction, information system design, selection of appropriate suppliers, and support forces, we can give the application strategy of JIT Procurement in manufacturing enterprises. From two aspects of economic benefits and enterprise competitiveness, we can analyze the application effect of JIT Procurement in manufacturing enterprises.
