Abstract

Considering the characteristics of landmine, in order to evaluate the operational effectiveness of it with advantage, the analysis on the operational effectiveness based on the combination model of computing AHP and ADC is proposed. On the basis of the characteristic of certain landmine, the evaluation system of operational effectiveness is built with AHP-ADC for calculating the weights of impact factors. AHP-ADC combination model of computing is built based on the ADC model and takes the optimal tactical model as calculating example. The result shows that the analysis on the operational effectiveness of AHP-ADC model is both logical and practical which can give an index to it actually. Besides, it is found that reliability and maintainability have a great impact on the operational effectiveness of landmine. And attention should be paid to both reliability and maintainability for the future usage, management and development planning.
